The Project

Completed in 2020, this private residence in Odesa is located close to the sea. Its architecture combines neoclassical influences with contemporary restraint: light rendered façades, distinctive cornices and window surrounds are complemented by dark window frames and understated metal railings. Natural sandstone is used to finish the terrace and decorative façade elements.

Inside, the same aesthetic continues through a calm colour palette, panelled cabinetry and ceiling cornices. Wood flooring and light surfaces create a timeless foundation. Natural light and concealed lighting highlight the textures and clean lines throughout.
